She was able to see me on short notice on a Saturday evening, and she didn't have other clients after me (and I wasn't in a hurry), so she really took her time and great care with my wash, cut and style. The cut came out awesome, and she even offered to curl my hair for free the next day for an event I was attending, after I confessed how bad I am at styling my own hair. I usually feel very awkward making conversation with hair stylists, but she made me feel instantly at ease, and conversing with her was lovely.
