Since they redid this playground a 1-2 years ago, it is great for 5 yrs old and under. It's okay for kids between 6 and 9 or so, if they have an imagination and/or are with a friend or two. I love that the equipment mostly uses natural materials or metal, i.e. little plastic; gives the space a more natural feel which fits well with surroundings of the Panhandle. There are 2 picnic tables. And a bathroom just nearby (though it's usually pretty gross, but it suffices when your kids has got to go). Could use some more swings and bigger ones at that; I feel like the west side of the playground is underutilized and hence better equipment (like more swings) could be added there.
