Big white lady with the BLEACHED BROWS was rude as hell. (maybe manager? but she shouldnât be with that attitude of hers)
There was a sign that said â4 for $10 OR $3 each for face masks/ pimple patches/ eye masks,â so I grabbed some items in that specific section and went to get ringed up.
The girl ringing me up was really nice and it was going smoothly. She told me my total, but the deal wasnât applied so I told her about it and she was wondering why it wasnât showing up on her screen and called her manager bleached brows over to apply the deal.
Bleached brows appears already with glaring eyes and we explain to her that thereâs a 4 for $10 deal for these items. She goes to check the section with the said items and proceeds to say with attitude, âthe deal only applies to stuff that are under $3 dollars.â She pointed to the âOR $3 eachâ part of the sign to attempt to back herself up which made me think that she didnât understand how English works.
I was very confused at this point since she was giving me attitude unnecessarily and making claims that werenât making any sense.
She also added that she canât sell them to me because âWeâd be giving you a 60% discount and we just canât do that without being flagged.â
First, thatâs NONE of my problem.
Second, the attitude she had towards me was extremely unnecessary since I was acting civilized like a normal human being.
Third, I wouldâve totally let it slide if she merely told me that the items didnât apply to the deal WITHOUT the extra attitude. She acted like I shouldâve known how her store works.
Four, if there are limitations to deals, just have them written on the signs so that your customers AND workers can save time from mishaps like these.
Also, bleached brows should probably learn some reading comprehension because the sign did not say anything that came out...
Read moreI had the best experience coming here. Yes, it was amidst the craziness that is Union Square. Yes, clothes were all over the floor in the sale section. But need I repeat that it is the sale section. Chaos is synonymous with this part of the store. Regardless, I came out with everything I wanted and more.
The mission: a new bathing suit for Hawaii. The challenge: one that fits my body now and one that doesn't cost me a pretty penny.
I walked in hopeful. I came out happy. All thanks to the nicest, most patient sales lady, Jasmine. She was able to exchange my bottoms for a smaller size and go through different colors of bikini tops with me to let me choose which one works best with the black bottoms I chose. I found the perfect bikini top to go along with my bottoms! I was ecstatic-- all in part from the excellent customer service from Jasmine. She was friendly and helpful. Most of all, she just made sure I got what I wanted calling the emeryville store for available sizes and allowing me to check the floor for any ones I liked. She was just amazing!
I found the perfect swimsuit for my body sent directly to my apartment (free shipping) and for the best price! Normally, they're each $42 (I know, ridiculous) but because they were on sale, I got them for $10 each! One of the best shopping trips I've experienced in awhile. Thank you, Urban...
Read moreused to shop at Urban Outfitter shops (mainly NY and online), however one particular experience at this store changed it completely and I will not shop at UO ever again. This store has zero customer service. I was in SF for a holiday last week and was right in front of the shop when one of my shopping bags fell apart. Unfortunately it was food with liquid inside. So I rushed in to a familiar store (UO) in a hope to get a bag to safe my husband who was holding the food that kept dripping onto his hands and on the street. I quickly went straight to the counter and asked for a bag, gave him the 10c, and the guy asked me if I bought anything at the store. I said "no" because I had not purchased anything, although I was going to before the incident happened. He simply pulled the bag back from my hand and said no bag if you have not purchased anything. I quickly explained the situation but he did not care. Seriously???!! I'm not sure if this is a company store or not, but a bit of compassion goes a long way for me. And in this case, the other way around....
