Valencia Smog — Local services in San Francisco

Was looking for a smog check test station open early on a weekday, and their Google listing says this site is open at 7AM while all the other stations opened at 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00AM. I showed up at 7:01AM and stayed until 7:40AM--nothing opened, no one showed up, not even at the gas station help counter. I didn't do service with them so can't comment on the service, but Google is forcing me to give them a star rating so I picked the middle.

UPDATE: In response to the Owner's comment below, I knew you might claim that I was not there, so I took a screenshot of my phone that shows my location at 7:04AM. I was waiting outside the closed garage doors, standing outside my car, waiting for anyone to show up. I have nothing against your business, your service, or you personally.
