Big Mouth Burgers — Restaurant in San Francisco

I tried it the first time and was very disappointed with the service of the cashier Maybe Hispanic woman she was very short and rude to top it off I was unhappy to arrive home literally one street away to find cold fries and a burnt grilled cheese sandwich when I paid nearly $10 for whatever reason probably the convenience of the location i have it a 2nd try this time I believe the owner was there because the cashier had this fake smile and was actually attentive to me even the cooks shot me a smile I was confident my burger would be amazing sadly as soon as the owner left I noticed a fly in the rim of my soda can I went to get the cashiers attention and literally had to say excuse me 5 times for her to look up and acknowledge me once I showed her the fly she didn’t even bother to apologize she put it back fly still in it and gave me a new one I was disgusted and guess what I took a bite of that burger and it tasted like a frozen patty from school lunch GROSS fries are cold and redipped I’ve never given anyone a one star in the history of my reviews but this place is just money hungry nothing is good quality about it stay far away, I can say the owner looked like a nice person and maybe he just needs to get rid of those employees and get fresher meat idk but I’ll...

d just gotten off the #48 bus and I was right, I figured I might as well try this place and I ended up getting an order of Fish & Chips which was \$17.50 and I was assuming that for that kind of yuppie market price, the food would be quality because usually one pays for quality although in this case this place was the exception to rule as the Fish & Chips I got were awful and disgusting. Wandering around SF, we stumbled onto this little burger shop with big flavor. Delicious. The kind of burger you keep eating when you are full because it's so good. I had the Giants burger which is topped with provolone cheese, 2 crispy onion rings and bacon. BBQ sauce on the top bun. Toppings of lettuce, tomato & pickle on the side. I like the assemble it how you like option. Garlic fries were perfect: crispy and topped with fresh, minced garlic. Worth the price. Super friendly woman working behind the counter.
