This pharmacy is the worst. They take days to fill prescriptions and you have no idea when it'll be done. They don't answer the phone (or if they do you have to wait two hours) so you go to the pharmacy, wait in a 30 minute line, only to be told it's not ready yet and to come back later. Later you'll have to wait in a 45 min line, even though they claim to have express pickup online. They don't have extra staff to help at checkout even if there's a line down the whole aisle.
You'll do this every month if you have regular prescriptions. It's never not like this. And don't get me started on going in for vaccines. Expect to be there waiting for awhile with an appointment.
And I'm not sure what others are talking about, the staff is not friendly. I get it, though, they're overworked and everyone who comes in yells at them. This is a corporate issue and it's pathetic. People shouldn't have to regularly go through this for medicine they need.

Read moreAside from the fact that it's one of the worst Walgreen's you'll find (dirty/grim), I was just denied a vaccine when I didn't want to use my insurance. It made me believe that they were systematically denying uninsured patients. I upgraded my review after the district manager called to apologize and satisfactorily addressed my concerns that this was an error by their employee who should have given the vaccine. I appreciated his approach and am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Nevertheless, I had a tough experience which seemed counter-productive to the goal of getting people a vaccine. Re downgrading after waiting for over an hour for a simple prescription. Asked to come back earlier today. Had to wait in line over 30 minutes both times and then told the second time to wait again over 30 minutes. This is just a grim place. CVS is better...
