Ordered flowers online. They were late. Very late. I ordered a deluxe arrangement and received 10 flowers in my bouquet although 1 wasnt blooming yet, so A LOT of green. However, the balloons and the teddy bear that was ordered was fine. The "birthday card" was a cut piece of copy paper. Real special. I chatted with the ordering company and they issued me a full refund. All in all, things happen and I would not have been this upset except for what happens next. I receive a call from this vendor asking why I didn't like my bouquet. While explaining to her what I found to be less than ideal about my bouquet, she started to argue with me. She told me multiple times I was wrong. And then we counted the flowers together and she tells me that's what the website specifies. I sent her a picture of the website bouquet and asked if they look alike AT ALL. She told me they did. I was done at that point. I told her the bouquet was subpar and that I refused to pay over $60 for 9 stems. The conversation ended soon after. Pics are what I ordered...

BAIT AND SWITCH!

My wife and I called this florist as we wanted to have flowers delivered to my Aunt who recently had surgery - we found a suitable arrangement and called the location to see if they could deliver same day, which we were informed that they could - When we added a "delivery date" the price shot up from $54.95 to 75 dollars (It did not matter the date selected). NOT including delivery fee of $35. There was no reason we could find for the price increase, so we called the shop to ask, and they became irritated and told us the 54.95 price was an error. They would not honor the original price on their website and instead told us we would need to pay the $75 PLUS the $35 delivery fee. I am all about supporting a small business, but should they honor the first advertised price and have their website provider fix the problem so it is clear...
