LEANDRO TORRES TRIED ROBBING ME FOR $53 FOR 2 HOURS OF PARKING They started off fine got to the garage at 12:00 Leaving the garage at 2:00 a man named Leandro Torres was working the exiting ticket booth. I gave him the ticket I received at the entrance to pay for my time in the garage then he said quickly that that wasn't their garage ticket and that I would need to pay $53 for an all day. They said their tickets are only blue or green not white I inform them that I only received a white ticket when I came in and for them to pull up the cameras. The supervisor pulled up the camera seeing me pulling a ticket at 12:00 as I said but they insisted that I still needed to pay the $53 for the all day Even though knowing that I came in at 12:00 and was leaving at 2:00. I searched everywhere in the car with my wife under the seats under the mats everything trying to find this green or blue ticket they said that I should have received not the white one. After paying the $53 I requested a form of complaint and of the invoice of me paying $53 from Leandro Torres. Leandro Torres was very rude and was getting violent , cursing at me and I had to tell him to give him my 6 ft of space , to stop speaking to me in that matter that he was not in any authoritarian law enforcement position to be talking to me and my wife as such . Leandro Torres insisted that he needed to document the year of the car where then I open the door he crouched down and put a ticket under my seat folded up. I then grab that ticket that I found under my seat that was not there before and showed them that I never touched one of these tickets that I only received a white one and I demanded my money back. They were quick to give me my money back when I told them I was more than happy to have the police called and for this matter to be handled by them. Instantly I was refunded my money it only charge for 2 hours. I believe these people are running a scam and sometimes people are going to end up in the situation I did, be careful record everything and don't trust these people that work in that garage they...

Parked here 2xs...seemingly not ventilated so it was super hot n humid (way more than outside) and reaked of pee...the sign clearly said it would be under $6 including tax for the time we parked there but yet each time they took an extra $2...so either their sign is wrong n needs updating, they can't do basic math or we got charged extra for being white/not locals...either way buyer beware. They conveniently had the payment station "jammed" each time so we had to pay cash...but hey our car didn't get broken into or hit so...there's that plus i suppose! I know it's a small amount but still...

Fyi: not all white people are made of money, we personally are poor af and barely scraped together enough money to go on this much needed vacation and had to do a payment plan and use credit cards to afford it. We do not come from money, and our ancestors were poor immigrants who were treated like garbage. But by all means charge us more based on the color of our skin! Seeing this type of thing happen far too often here. I bet folks from the states with darker skin don't have this problem nearly as often. Even tho we can't afford it we tip well...and we treat everyone...

They tell you the credit card limit is $10 which is illegal. They do not accept ATH Movil or other similar platforms because they “don’t have cell service down there and it impedes a fast service”. They only accept cash and ATH. I tried to get them to accept the credit card for the $3.34 charge but they would not. I tried to explain to them I only had credit cards and their suggestion was to go to the cars in the queue and ask them to give me cash and I could pass them the money through ATH Movil, which is ironic because they supposedly do not accept ATH Movil for the signal reason. The only way they would let us go was to pay a $10 charge on the credit card. So instead of paying $3.34, we ended up paying $10… horrible service. The manager was rude and incompetent and so...
