I purchased a rather expensive train set from this store and had trouble with it right from the start. I put it all back in the box and brought it back to the store and explained what was happening. They didn’t have a replacement in the store but gave me a credit and help me find several other options that are ideal for my five year old, I highly recommend this place. Quise cambiar una Barbie q le compre a mi nieta por sus 10 mo cumpleaños . No era la Barbie q deseaba . Fui con ella para q escogiera la q deseaba “Yoga Barbie Extra” y para mi sorpresa me indicaron q no hacen cambios . Y entonces me explican la politica de devolucion. Cosa q no hicieron el dia q la compre y antes de hacer la compra. Claro, esta escrito en el recibo q entregan después de hacer la compra. Mi nieta y yo salimos muy decepcionadas y creanme q no recomendare para nada esta tienda tan poco flexibe con el cliente. Los niños no entienden.
