Cal Poly Mustang Shop Downtown — Local services in San Luis Obispo

Not happy at all with the service provided here. This is the second occasion where I have had an issue with them. This quarter and last quarter I have tried to pick up my textbooks from them. I was told that they were in the store and ready to be picked up only for me to get there and not be able to get my books.
