Wow. We (mom, sis, and I) stopped in on a whim. At first we were just drawn to the gorgeous retro dresses, thinking we might bring my daughter here for next time when she needs a dressy dress. Then Mom and sis start encouraging me to try on a few. What a wonderful experience! I gotta say, Ellie was the most talented and naturally inspired dresser ever. She figures out quickly what worked best for my body type, my coloring, and what I felt comfortable in. She was patient and kind. Absolutely love this store. I stop by when I know I need something special and jaw dropping to wear. The quality of clothing is worth the higher prices. The ladies that work here are always so helpful and always have a smile. I have help while trying on clothing and they do not lie just to get you to buy. If I look horrible, they wont be saying I look hot! Thank you ladies. I keep returning due to their awesome clothing lines and their great service! Pinup clothing is a must nowadays and they carry a large array of it. They also carry purses, bags, shoes, boots, wallets, and some jewelry. I have never felt more unwelcome in a store. I was looking for hair products, and the staff kept checking on me every minute (without exaggeration). I felt very "watched", as if I were suspected of shoplifting. Various employees pointed out to me multiple times exactly which products were set aside for in-store testing, emphasizing what I could and could not open. This was in addition to the labels on the tester products.

I am their target demographic but I will never purchase another item from HepKat. Install cameras and do your surveillance remotely so I don't feel like I have the staff hovering over my shoulder...
