If you order from them on eBay don’t I have had nothing but issues with this company. I bought the (500) Blu-ray case resealable plastic protectors mainly for PS3-PS5 games. When the package came there was only 1 PACK of 100!! I immediately reached out to the company and they were very fast with sending out the missing 400. I was provided the tracking number on March 12 2025 for my reshipment, it is now March 25 2025 and it still says on USPS that it’s still in California and hasn’t moved. A whole 2 week wait plus the 2 weeks waited for my original order that was totally wrong. I think they ran out of the product and not have no idea what to do. I was told to go onto eBay and file a claim to get a refund, but I can’t do that do to the original order and the reshipment order being two different tracking numbers. A good company would have just resent another 500 to the customers and/or given a refund. These cost me almost $40 and now that is completely gone because I can’t get what I ordered and I can’t get a refund. Unless you physically go into the store DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! SCAM ARTISTS IN CA!!! I was so patient and nice with these people trying to get my order corrected but they just gave up helping me. In the process of finding the owners contact information so I can contact him/her directly and ask if this is normal business practice… Take someone’s $40, send the the WRONG item quantity, and then say your gonna fix it but don’t. That’s not good business practice. Either the item needs reshipped with a more reliable shipping company or I need a full refund with compensation for my month long wait for some BAGS….BAGS. I have other bills and other crap to worry about in this world, getting BAGS from a company is like getting 1 millions dollars do Mr Beast it looks good on paper until you go thru it it. My experience with this vendor is limited to their media storage supplies - Clear quad overlap 4 disc DVD cases which I have ordered through Amazon. I have not done any direct our purchases through their website or any other means. I have used these to help consolidate my DVD collection. Love these cases. Minimally translucent with largely transparent full overleaf for display art. I have placed four pieces of case art without issue under that overleaf. I cannot stand cases with that one central spoke for 4 or 5 disks. It places pressure on the case covering and display art, alters them over time. Disks scratch with repeated movement on and off that spoke. Those book like pages also can also get loose in the other type of storage cases. These are secure. Close well. Hold the disks in place yet allow easy removal. There are two clips in the center for any additional inserts - I tend to avoid that since having something flap around is an annoyance. The cases are supple, not flimsy ECO AMARAY garbage. Why am I rambling on and on? The cases work. Available only here. Reasonably priced. Never damaged over multiple orders. Nicely wrapped in protective packaging. Names of contact personnel are listed if there is an issue. Phone number for support provided. Not some faceless no name fly by night. THAT is why I was "going on and on." It's hard to find a reputable vendor with quality products. I never had any reason to contact them. I love this product. Reasonable price. Fast shipping. I was looking for a very good, unscratched vinyl LP record 1976-1978 and found it through another company. All scratched, etc. Looked under JOHN PAUL YOUNG'S "LOVE IS IN THE AIR" that my wife and I used for our wedding in 1979. In moving from Miami, Florida, the album got lost. So, I have been looking for a GOOD UNSCRATCHED UNDAMAGED copy and, luckily, I found it through Square Deal Recordings & Supplies in San Luis Obispo, CA and purchased it for our wedding anniversary. My wife knows nothing about my finding it. I have played it and guess what?! NO PROBLEM WITH IT, NO SCRATCHES!! Sounds like new.
