Talk about concierge-level customer service! Gage and his apprentice are really fun and welcoming and instantly put me and my emotional support friend at ease. They offered us some drinks and we chatted for a bit. I came in to get my nipples and 2nd lobe piercings done after doing some research about the best, cleanest places to go for piercings in SLO county. Gage is really knowledgeable about everything piercings, the anatomy behind it, and the healing process. They have an excellent selection of jewelry - all top notch quality.

When it was time for the piercing itself, they let me put on music I liked and found calming, and since we were the only ones in the store, they closed and locked the front door to keep people from walking in. Gage took the time to explain the sanitization process, showed me the sanitation test results and walked me through the whole piercing so I'd know what to expect. He was very professional the entire time. He talked me through some breathing exercises when the needles went in, he was super quick, and everything was pierced in less than 10 minutes. After I paid, he handed me an aftercare supply bag and instructions, answered my questions, and gave me his number in case I had any more during the healing process.

Would definitely recommend going to see Gage for any piercing or body mod needs. He is a super fast talker, but he had no problem repeating something for me if I had issues...
