The best bounce house company!!! This was our second time renting a bounce house from Bouncin’ Kids and we have had a wonderful experience both times. Everyone there is so so friendly and helpful. From placing the rental order, to setting up delivery details, to the delivery itself, everyone goes out of their way to communicate with you. Luke was our driver and he was incredible. He gave me updates on delivery/pick up timing, set up and took down the bounce house quickly, and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth process for us. These guys gave me a lot of trouble. I ordered a jumper with slide. They delivered a torn jumper and refused to replace or do anything with it. It was take it or leave it policy. Later they even denied to give me a jumper. Finally with lot of convincing they agreed to give me the jumper in same condition and i had to accept it as in last minute you can not make any other arrangements and can not upset the kids.
