This location Marshalls is a hit or miss. Parking gets full especially on the weekend. If you don't mind walking. Park in the back by 5 guys. If you can come to this location early morning. It's much quiter and peaceful. Selections is decent because they are continually changing products. Restrooms are nice and clean on the man's side. Dressing rooms are back open. The only negative about this location. They don't have a check out line very established. The line wraps around the baby selection. Making customers angry at each other for accidentally cutting. No one knows where the end of the line is. Cashiers seem to be working slower pace than normal Marshalls. So you have to endear the line if you truly want to purchase something. I say the geographic of customers are just as bad. Crying kids. Closed tight spaces. The store feels claustrophobic with racks close to each other. Not one of my favorite Marshalls.
Update: the last line of defensive was a very very nice cashier named Letty C. She's a coordinator. Super polite. Just really felt genuine. She quickly ran up to help relieve the line. Her sense of urgency is...
Read moreVisited this store on a Saturday with my mother who was visiting from out of town. The store seems clean and organized, but the checkout experience was a bit annoying. After waiting in quite a long line, my mom wanted to use her Marshalls credit card to check out but didnât have it with her. She had the number pulled up on her app and the woman checking us out was trying to type it into the keypad but kept messing it up. My mom asked if she could type it in but the cashier said she had to do it. After another few failed attempts, my mom tried to nicely say âoh I think there is an extra number in thereâ but she wasnât acknowledging my mom. Finally she typed the card number in right, but then typed the expiration date in wrong and it declined. According to my mom, it looked like she was struggling with her finger nails hitting other numbers. So eventually my mom just said she would use a different card so we could leave. She was disappointed in not getting the rewards from using her Marshallâs card but didnât want to cause a scene. Didnât seem like the cashier cared one way...
Read moreIn a bit of an emergency I had to find a place to shop for boys and their father who are under a particular situation.
I found Marshalls and it was a great spot with Ross a door down. I was able to find a good amount of clothes and shoes for the fraction of the price. So much so, I told others about their awesome deals.
Keep in mind Iâm very much so broke and struggling. I was lead to be of service to others even though I didnât have much and was questioning if I could help with my own financial very short comings.
Once again I was lead to help this family in much need. It feels good to help, and to be of service. They wear their clothes every chance they get, knowing they look good, smell good, feel good, even if itâs not 100%. Theyâre good.
If you can help people do it. My cashier was nice too and funny....
