Today is Tuesday 2:18 p.m as I am writing this review. I came to Dutch in a good mood on my day off. Pulled up to the line and waited my turn to get my drink like everyone else can. Ford fiesta in silver pulls in the second drive through lane. Mind you I’m the next in line before the ford fiesta. It’s a long wait and line so I feel I should be next? No wrong the white girl in pink shorts and grey shirt? I can’t remember correctly I don’t pay too much attention it’s a simple get my drink and go. Well skips me goes to the ford fiesta, also white girl, gets her order before mine. I’m Hispanic btw, idk if that makes a difference or not. But anyhow I tell the employee who takes my order I was actually before that car, didn’t seem to care, but of course cares for a 2-3 tip on an almost 7 dollar drink. Cool let go there. I go next because I was next not the ford fiesta. Ford fiesta white girl looks at me if I’m wrong, when mind you I got there before her. So I honk let her know it’s mine turn, it’s a long line and wait mind you. Anyway I was gonna let all this go but when both the white girl employee taking my order around 2:10 p.m and white girl in the ford fiesta look at me like I’m some disgusting Mexican and don’t belong I won’t let that shit slide. I asked for the “manager” “Meagan” she wasn’t there. Anyway horrible customer service this time around. Hopefully they didn’t spit in my drink this time or next time I come because I expect to it be better. First time in my life I felt some sort of racism outside of being at work. Crazy. I didn’t want to even go as far as leaving a review. Literally had to park hooters next door and leave this review because the employee and customer made me feel uncomfortable and like I didn’t belong. Like I was in the wrong. Anyway my opinion doesn’t matter but I’ll leave this here, if nothing changes my next visit here will leave this review for others to see how you get treated. Whether because I’m Mexican, or a guy or whatever it is. Customers and employees will make you feel uncomfortable and uneasy coming to get a simple drink. Read moreI frequent this Dutch Bros often and am usually impressed with their service. I drive 30 minutes to come to Dutch Bros because it usually has a great atmosphere and they hire people with amazing customer service skills. However, today my experience was not what it usually is, and I am thoroughly disappointed. When I first pulled up, the Broista who was taking orders didn’t acknowledge that I was in line and went back inside after finishing the order in front of me. This normally doesn't bother me, I get it, it’s cold outside, however I was met with a look of disgust when I pulled up to the window. When I gave my order, I ordered my drink “warm” and was condescendingly asked “you mean not so hot?” I explained that another Broista told me to order my drink “warm” so I get my temperature preference. From then on, I felt intentionally ignored. I told her that I forgot to give her my app before my card and I wanted to use my app multiple times, clearly and at a volume she absolutely heard. She ignored my request multiple times and was humming along to the music playing in the background. After she ran my card, I asked again for her to scan my app and she seemed clearly bothered by the request. I work in customer service and understand having an off day, but I left feeling ignored and like I was a huge inconvenience by being there. I felt undeserving of her help getting a drink. I drove away and found that the drink I received was completely wrong (I ordered a peppermint coca with oat milk and white chocolate and received some kind of coffee with what tastes like almond milk and no flavors from what I could tell). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! i came here with 3 of my friends. the worker came up to the window and was a bit rude already. when we were talking trying to figure out what we were getting she screamed “what are you drinking” a bit rude but oh well. we order two drinks and she asks anything else impatiently. i said yes one second please and begin to ask what they want. then she starts reading back our order trying to get us to pay. i said again that there was more and she scrunched up her face with LOOAADDDSSS of attitude. okay rude but whatever. we pull up to the window and wait. this other lady comes and gives us a drink and said “ HERE THE SODA” i ordered it dirty and it wasn’t and also wasn’t the right color so i gave it back to her and told her im sorry but it doesn’t look like the right flavors and its not dirty. she said “ok well when u mix the colors thats what it looks like” wow… THERE WAS BLUE RASPBERRY IN THERE ITS PINK IK THATS MIY RIGHT.. so i just okay that’s fine ill just drink it but its meant to be dirty and she rolled her eyes and snatched it so hard. just rude i was very upset but kept my composure, but when she did that it was the straw that broke the camels back!! then when we got all the drink 2/4 were wrong. we went to the walk up window to fix them there was this guy who was SOOOOO AMAZININGLY nice fixed the drinks happily he was such a good example of good customer service i’d come back just for him honestly, He gave us a solution and was very helpful.
