An absolutely awful experience. They messed up my hair more than it has ever been, and I’ve tried some things in the past 20 years. They fired the stylist who did my install right after our appointment, but never compensated me for the irreparable damage she did on me. I lost so much hair, and have bald spots from her. I was in pain for weeks and having to clip up the hair I paid thousands for. I booked an appointment for hand-tied extensions and she put ktips in my hair. They signed me up for a monthly subscription….. before the terrible experience, the subscription is the only reason I went back. When I did go back, I got bombarded by the owner/manager and 3 other people to try to take care of me when the whole time I only felt wildly uncomfortable. They assured me they would compensate me for my experience after prying it out of me, and never did. It was really bad, and the hair quality is terrible. I’ve had platinum blonde hair for years (also gone to the dark side and back) somehow she always makes sure to execute exactly what I want while keeping my hair super healthy.
