DO NOT!! Consider doing business with these people. I paid $130.50 for what I believed would be a beautiful bridal bouquet that I pulled from their website. I received pretty much 2 dozens of roses that appeared to be bought from Lucky's/Safeway grocery store with a whole bunch of greenery wrapped in some ugly cheap plastic ribbon, not only that...but they secured the ribbon with clear heavy duty tape. I couldn't believe my eyes, never I came across something made so poorly. I walked into the shop to request a full refund and spoke to the owner (reason why I believed this person was the owner is because I know for a fact a Manager or any other employee would never talk to a customer the way he talk to me) this "man" was rude and called me a lier to my face. This man mentioned he never got a picture of what I requested. Please... someone explain to me, how can someone start a job, in this case an arrangement without any pictures of what the customer is asking for. When I asked for my money back he walked away as I was speaking to him, disrespect my sister by telling her to mind her business since she was not the person who paid for the bouquet. Worse experience ever, please keep your options open before heading to this place, it will save you time and money.

I ordered flowers for my mom's funeral, and what should have been a simple gesture of love turned into a nightmare. The flowers were delivered to the wrong funeral home, despite clear instructions. The florist apologized and offered a refund, but I requested a 50% discount and immediate delivery of the correct flowers.
