This store is amazing. I had to jump my battery that I bought last year, and went into the store to buy a new one. Jose at the counter informed me (after I bought the new one and brought the old in) that the battery I had was still in warranty and qualified for a free swap out. THAT is customer service. He could have just as easily been happy making a sale but he went the extra mile. I have NEVER had an issue at this store, every time I go there, it has been a great experience. Even when the lines are long they reassure customers they will be with them ASAP. Even if you're not in San Pablo, go to this store. The customer experience is worth the travel as they are one of the few stores who still care.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Walked in to get a battery tested. They said their tester doesn't work so they couldn't check. So I asked if they can charg the battery. They said yes, it should take 1 hour to 90 minutes. Came back 2 hours later to pick up the battery. Another person said that they shouldn't have taken my battery because the charger doesn't work either. What are the odds that both the tester and charger doesn't work in a single store and wouldn't they sell a battery tester that they can take off the shelf to be used? Thank you wasting 2-3 hours out of my day and making me go to...
