AT&T Store — Local services in San Pablo

This is the second time I purchased from this location, each time I enter this store I receive the best service!! I've been a customer of ATT for many, many years, I came in on Monday, Daniella was quick to greet and help me. I told her what I was looking for and my budget, she quickly showed me a couple options, and what the costs would be for me. I asked her to add me to automatic monthly bill payments, I had requested this service from the McDonald Ave, Richmond location recently, they told me they could not do that at their location, that is why I went back to this San Pablo location instead of Richmond. Daniella showed me 2 phones that were in my budget, I bought both models one for each of my lines. I was told they would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. I came in today to pick up, and was helped by Itzy, she also was very, very helpful. I came back in a little later and was helped by Mark, he helped to transfer over all my info from my old phone to both new phones, Overall, I am very impressed with the customer service, prices, and this store location! I will continue doing all my cellular business at this San Pablo location with Mark and his 5 star team. Thank You for a great shopping...

Terrible service

I am extremely disappointed with AT&T's service. I recently had a TERRIBLE experience with your customer service. They made me wait hours to solve a problem, and in the end they didn't even manage to solve it. The worst thing was the treatment: the staff was not only ineffective, but also rude and indifferent to my situation.

The service is inconsistent, with constant signal drops and billing issues. I would not recommend AT&T to anyone who expects fair treatment or quality service. Look for other options if you don't want to waste your...

Shoutout to Mark for his expertise, patience, and dedication. He helped my mom and I through a journey switching from a different provider to AT&T. He made the process completely stress free & simple as Mark went above & beyond! I feel blessed knowing that there are still good people in the world willing to take the time to be transparent & helpful.
