Moved to Pinole from San Diego 1.5 years ago and we’ve been so disappointed with tacos and Mexican food we’re used to from San Diego and living so close to Mexico. Finally!!!! This place cares about the quality, the cut of meat and how the food is cooked. The owners applies high end standards to food and service. Fantastic birria, tortillas, distinctly tasty salsas, clean tacos, everything was so good!!! We can’t wait to come back and try everything. Fast and kind service, family run business. The worst place ever!!! It’s been TWICE that I come here to pick up my order and both times they come up with such a lame stupid excuse about them not having my order because someone else picked it up. Customer service is also trash here the young girl who’s taking orders is so unprofessional with her nasty attitude is not polite what’s so over. Very nice people, .. Old style restaurant. Reminds me of what the mission district use to be before the crisis in SF. It was very hot that day, I'd did a pick up for a ride share company. First thing I always notice in places with good food is the heavy bag 😁.
