I want to like this store more than I do - and the main roadblock is service. The service is a mixed bag. When it's good it's great. And when it's bad, it's really bad.

Over the past few years I have made several thousand dollars worth of purchases. But it's a hit or miss with the service. Will I have a sales associate ignore/snub me because I popped in while running errands in work out clothes? And proceed to tell me that what I want is very, VERY expensive and walk away? Or will I have a proper sales associate help me, answer questions, and take care of my transaction? The many times I have been in, it's been a mixed bag of attentive and great service to very poor service with the sales associate looking me up and down, telling me they're busy and going out of town (why would I care about that? and in that case, have one of your associates help me), or busy have personal conversations instead of helping customers which is particularly frustrating if...

There are not enough words to describe what Sunrise has done for us and is capable of. We moved into our first home and entrusted Sunrise to outfit our place from top to bottom, end-to-end from design to execution. Their execution was flawless, their design was impeccable, and they transformed our house into a stunning, one of a kind home. There is no other designer or furniture vendor that can do what they do from start to finish, with such speed and precision. They don't compromise on style or quality and there is no job too daunting for them because they've done it all before. Extremely inconsiderate owners & workers making insane loud sawing noise all day ongoing , invading and destroying the privacy, peace, quiet of everyone else and their customers and clients and families in our businesses, apartments, etc. As the person sunrise homes has doing construction inside part of their business chooses to set up his crazy loud electric saw OUTSIDE on sidewalk so the massively loud invasive noise disturbs the entire neighborhood. Repelling businesses customers and clients, destroying the peace and quiet and privacy of everyone in the neighborhood. Even after being told multiple times to please be considerate and at least put the saw inside their own building with their doors closed so to be less disrespectful disturbing to everyone else- they don't care at all and continue sawing making huge noise all days outside on sodewalk.
