This is a job done at this place after the second day starter lifting!!!! I said I wanted my money back and the owner said “NO” She is not even at the shop any more, only “As needed! Because now she enjoys life!” That’s what Vicky said.

I was very generous at the time of service leaving a $20.00.tip in cash.

I asked for my money back, Vicky asked the owner for approval and this woman denied the my request.

I will obviously not return to this place and need my $$ back, from an awful service.

No wonder most of the time this place...

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. Today they burned my face really bad with wax, not just once, but twice. She said oh, I use vasaline to cool it down. Are you kidding me? My face is swollen and it burns and all she said was sorry. The place was disgustingly dirty and the utensils i understand are used over over over. The polish, is old as well. I have taken pictures of my face and will see this through until something is done to shut...

Lana’s Nails & Spa is always my favorite spot to go to! Everyone is so nice and does an excellent job. Recently Sonny and Kay worked on my mom and I and were so meticulous and detailed every step of the way! They took extra care and made sure everything was perfect, and gave an excellent massage.
