Princess Nails — Local services in San Ramon

I waited quite a few times before writing this review because I really wished that it would work out. After four failed attempts I have to finally say I'm not happy with this spot, and will have to look elsewhere. I was getting regular gel nails the first two times but they started lifting pretty quick and then the last two I have gotten dip and it has been see thru both times. I brought it to their attention but they made to effort to fix it and blamed my nails, saying they're long so you can see the natural nail. My nails aren't long and I've had dip at many locations with zero see thru issue. Not only that but within a week my nails are so grown out they basically look like one month old. Its such a shame and embarassing because I had special events coming up. This time I also got a pedicure and it chipped within two days and only a week later all the nails have cracks and chipping. Again they made an excuse saying I must have worn tight shoes but the weather was the very hot weekend so I was in open-toed sandals the entire time. They did fix the one that chipped within two days, but five days later they all look horrible, so whatever. I had really hoped this could have been my nail salon since its close to my home, but alas I will have to look elsewhere. Also, I have found the workers not to be very kind. They always dismiss my concerns or questions and obvously I'm not impressed with their work. Sorry Princess...

I am very disappointed in the owner of this salon in San Ramon location. I told him that my toes got infected after I got pedicure at his shop and he didn’t even care to ask me what happened. The next time I went there to only get manicure , he was rude to me and started speaking Vietnamese to his staff in front of me instead of English. The girl who removed power from my nails, kept yanking my arm toward herself and totally damaged my nails. A nail spa is supposed to be relaxing. I got my nails done here for the first time. I showed them a picture and they looked at it for a second and then started to do my nails. She did them wrong and would not let me pick the color, she chose hot pink when i had asked for white. She also did glitter when I did not ask for that, and simply said “Let me do them.” She made me get stuff for her. Do not recommend this place at all...especially when after they tried to...
