Really nice people that work here who are happy to help. I have to say it was a slight surprise when I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee. I am not used to them taking that time to do that when I would walk into other stores. I had come in to get a new battery for my wife's car. I was teaching my teen to drive at the time and we had decided to go get a battery replacement, so that I could teach him how to change a battery. We walked in, was greeted, and was instantly helped by the nice you man behind the counter. He helped me find what I needed in a relatively short amount of time, he had to go grab the one I needed. I had asked for some loaner tools to be able to change out the battery and he walked me through the process of the tool rental (you on only need to give them an ID). We then went out front, I taught my kid how to change a battery, and then we went back in for the core charge refund and to give the tools back. I went into O’Reilly in San Ramon, CA and I was very unhappy with the service I received. I called about my back light for the back right side of my vehicle. I was asked to bring it in but when I did I wasn’t given any help at all I had to ask if they would look at it to help me install the light. He didn’t want to come out and help me. he looked at it and basically told me how I could replace the light myself. I called another store in Dublin, CA and they told me to come in and they would see if they could put the light in for me. He did and found out the other person gave me the wrong light. I feel it is wrong to deny help because of a persons race. I will never go to that auto...

I am a former Nordstrom manager, so customer service is a big deal to me. Tyler at San Ramon O’Reily went so far above and beyond with his level of service, that I am blown away by his commitment to his guests.

Not only did he help me find the headlamp and wiper blades to fit my incredibly ancient 2008 Highlander, not only did he help me install both, he also showed me how to do it myself if I’m ever in a jam and need to know how to do it!
