I had such a positive experience at Modern Vintage Bridal! It is such a cute/quaint bridal salon and I was the only bride in the salon! it is such an individualized experience that makes you feel so special! A little over a month before my wedding, I had my final fitting for my wedding dress purchased at another bridal salon. I realized at that point that I needed to pick a brand new dress due to the alterations/fit being messed up. I reached out to MVB on a Friday afternoon to explain my situation and they got me in for an appointment on Sunday morning! I was very stressed since I was on such a tight time constraint. However, Cara made me feel very reassured and calm. She had me try on all dresses that would come in on time for alterations before my wedding. Not only did Cara help me find my dream wedding dress, but she ordered me a fall release dress that I saw online, that wasn't yet released to salons! She told me I didn't have to pay for the dress until it arrived, so I could try it on before purchasing, which I truly appreciated! When I picked up my new dress, I had an appointment with Alyssa. She was also amazing to work with and helped me pick out the perfect veil that matched my dress! If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to Modern Vintage Bridal from the beginning of my wedding dress shopping experience. I definitely recommend going to MVB to find your dream...

I could not have had a better experience from start to finish at Modern Vintage Bridal. Our day there was so special and fun; from the personalized attention to the champagne and music, the vibe is exactly what I imagined such a special day should be. The selection of dresses is stunning, and I spent over two hours browsing through and trying on countless dresses. Cara is so kind and helpful and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I went to several other bridal shops in Boston and none of them even came close to matching the experience I had at MVB (appts weren’t private, no champagne, some salespeople were pushy, appts were one hour max and I was only able to try on about 5-6 dresses). I was so nervous about the pressure of wedding dress shopping, that I knew I wanted a small shop, personalized experience. Having grown up in Sandwich, I knew I wanted to check out Modern Vintage and support a local shop. I am SO glad I did! Cara was amazing throughout my entire appointment, and even let us come back the next day to re-try on a dress. I ended up buying the first dress I tried! I then went back to Modern Vintage for my invitations, which Cara custom designed. They were so uniquely us and we got so many compliments on them from our guests. I even gave the wrong address for two of our invites, and when I realized, Cara reprinted the envelopes that day.
