Stop & Shop — Local services in Sandwich

I have been shopping at the Tupper Road Stop & Shop for 30 plus years and spend a substantial amount of money weekly so I appreciate someone bagging my groceries. I brought in my reusable bags in today like I have been doing for the past month and the only cashier at the time told me I would have to bag my own groceries! I am assuming some cashiers will bag and some will not if customer is using their own bags.I think there should be a store policy one way or the other; either ban reusable shopping bags or allow them and all employees who bag groceries will bag paper or reusable bags! If you can't do that, please put up a sign at individual checkouts stating that customers using their reusable bags will not be bagged by employee at this checkout! It's very frustrating trying to unload $200 worth of groceries from the cart and having them pile up until I can get there to start bagging. Will think seriously of taking my business elsewhere where customer service...

Wow this place was amazing. They had all kinds of food! Pasta, legumes, live goats, cereal, and root beer! Truly a hidden gem on the cape cod. They employees were incredibly helpful when I had questions, and if you've ever met big George, you can bet your cottage cheese I have questions. The employee there, Chaden, answered all my questions. He told me where the pasta was, both pre-prepared and raw, provided me with a hatchet to sever the head of the goat, assisted my frail bones in get 2 dozen bottles of root beers, and did it all with a smile! Wow! As I left the store the employees said "have a great night" and "the burden has become yours now" even though they didn't have to. I will definitely come...

So big! Always has everything I need! Only thing is I don't like the new robot, its weird... but other than that theres not only the best fresh fruits and veggies they always seem to last longer from Stop and Shop than any other grocery store... Alway very organized, has Stop and shop brands which I find to be the closest to the real thing as any other places "store brand" but also has a bank, ATM, and a pharmacy all in a grocery store. Love Stop and Shop, one stop and can run many errands at one time! Favorite...
