Update: Spoke to the manager in email. Most the time they won't message you, but she did and made everything right. Went back to redo our anniversary weekend. And had an awesome time and more amazing food! Will definitely be back when I'm near the location!!
Sat right down which was great. Was very excited to try this place, it was my boyfriend and I's second anniversary. The service was down hill from there... two tables sat about 10 minutes after us and their waitress had been there and given them their drinks before our waitress came over and said I'll get you guys waters. Since we were sitting there for over 15 mins at this time.. I stopped her and said we're ready to order our drinks and appetizer. We ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls. They were awesome!!
Then we were ready to order our meals... I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich with no hot honey, the waitress asked if I'd like maple syrup instead. I said yes, and my boy friend ordered his meal... And 15 minutes later our waitress came back and asked us what we would like to order... I looked at her and told her we already ordered..? And she asked what we ordered ( i didn't say the no hot honey this time) . She assured us she had put our order in.... But our nabjoring table that ordered right before ushad gotten there food...
We get the food, and there's hot honey on it.... She takes it back and says they'll remake it and we are first on the list... 3 tables that sat after us were done eating and left before I got my remade chicken over 20 minutes later! My boyfriends food was cold... She offered to reheat it. But he said no considering we didn't know how long that was going to take....
We were there almost 2 hours, absolutely ridiculous. No offer for any type of discount. Our anniversary dinner was a flop.
But.... the food was awesome! My chicken and waffles sandwhich was amazing. We definitely want to come back, but will probably sit at the bar to get...

I chose the local because it was close to the cemetary, easy for us all to get to
The manager and owner were absolutely disrespectful and called me a liar when I called to let them know the food wasn't up to any standard. I booked a 'room' (it was an open part of the restaurant. I booked lunch for my family for after my brother's funeral and burial. The wine and drinks were good, the nachos good, and the fries. The lunch entrees were really awful, barely edible. My aunts, nephew, his gf, cousins, parents, daughter and her spouse were unhappy with our meals. A few days later I spoke to the manager and assured me the owner would call me back. She didn't. I called her almost 2 weeks later. She implied that she'd spoken with me and said everything was wonderful. I had never spoken to the owner, Jaquelin. Who wants to return 10 dinners the day of a very sad funeral? We were all grieving. We wanted to gather as a family to be comforted by a good meal and time together. I hoped she'd be kind and offer some compensation which I'd planned to refuse and a promise that she'd take care of it in the future.
She was rude and acted like I was trying to get free meals, disgusting. This owner is a disgrace to the restaurant business. I'll never go there again unless ownership changes. The BBC was good, the local is awful.
In my 63 years, I've never had such a bad experience with a restaurant. I'm also a business owner. I know all about scams by clients that have buyers remorse. The owner didn't even attempt to discover if this was a scam, she just assumed that I wanted part of my $900 back.
On a tragic and heartbreaking day, this is the service you will receive...
Read moreI came here with my girlfriend for a date, drawn in by high hopes, a great-looking menu, and a very inviting exterior—only to end up experiencing a nightmare of a dinner.
To start, the dining room was empty but still dirty, with food scattered on the floor. The appetizer plates that were already set on the table were also unclean. Our appetizer—steak and cheese egg rolls—was the highlight of the evening, absolutely delicious and the only redeeming part of the meal.
However, between the appetizer and our entrees, we could clearly hear the waitstaff complaining about another couple across the room. On top of that, they shared an extremely unappetizing story involving dog droppings. While some conversation among staff is understandable, loudly talking just outside the kitchen where diners can hear every word is completely unprofessional.
When our food finally arrived, I had the chicken sandwich with onion rings. While the onion rings had a great texture, they were completely flavorless. The sandwich itself consisted of a few pieces of chicken pounded so thin they had the texture of jerky. My girlfriend ordered a burger with tater tots. The tots were great, but the burger was bland and soggy. The mac & Cheese tasted like a frozen meal.
To top off the night, our server oddly addressed my girlfriend by name after reading it off her credit card, which felt intrusive and just...
