Dear Blink & Wink Manager/Owner,
My wife recently received microblading services at your establishment, and we are extremely disappointed with both the procedure and the handling of our concerns.
First, no eyebrow mapping was performed, which is a standard practice in this industry to ensure symmetry and client satisfaction. When questioned, the technician dismissed the process, citing â15 years of experienceâ as justification. Unfortunately, the result speaks otherwise â the brows are noticeably asymmetrical, with one brow significantly longer and taller than the other.
Your teamâs solution â offering a touch-up â is not a viable fix. You cannot âtouch upâ this issue without further compromising symmetry. Extending or enlarging the other brow to match a flawed one is not a reasonable or professional correction.
Additionally, no consent form was provided or signed, which raises serious concerns about proper procedural protocols and informed consent â something that is typically required in cosmetic tattooing and microblading.
We requested a refund to have the procedure professionally removed elsewhere, which was denied. At this point, we are left with no choice but to take further action. ⢠A formal complaint will be filed with the state cosmetology board and local health department, both of which regulate and license microblading services. ⢠If necessary, we will also be pursuing legal action for negligence and failure to obtain consent.
$400 refund was giving after I said I would take the review down. They are more worried about there reviews and âstatusâ rather then actually helping. Refund was denied multiple times until I posted my review....
Read moreI am a bit disappointed in the results of my first keratin lash lift. It was a beautiful environment and very relaxing and peaceful. The lady who did my lashes was very sweet and accommodating. Even directly after the whole process and looking in the mirror there was a minimal change to my eyelashes. Donât get me wrong, my eyelashes were not completely pin straight anymore, but they were barely curled..Truthfully, they were about one step above pin straight to better describe it. I was happy that they were not pin straight, but definitely felt a sense of disappointment instantly. The lady did say the reason it didnât take as well was because it was my first time and that over time it will be more and more noticeable, but I know friends who have had amazing results the first time. Maybe my eyelashes are more difficult to work with, I am not sure, but I am hoping the next time I go I will see better results. Another disappointing factor is because my lashes did not curl so well and were not very noticeable, the small amount of lift disappeared after approximately 2 weeks. Double bummer. I read online you really shouldnât go for another lift after at least 6 weeks, so here I am still impatiently waiting until that...
Read moreI cannot say enough great things about Anastasia and the wonderful business she has so obviously put her heart and soul into. I don't do a lot of 'girly' things for myself so at first getting lash extensions sounded so foreign and odd but I don't think I could go on without them now! They look so natural but truly transform ones entire face! All I need is my lashes and some lipstick and I'm ready to go out feeling like a million bucks. As a nurse I also care very much about my own health and safety as well as that of the general public, Anastasia takes every precaution and care to not only makes us all beautiful but to do it in the safest way possible. I trust her in every way and she truly has become a great friend. Blink and Wink is the ONLY place I trust with my eyes and lashes and I can't thank Anastasia enough for the hard work and love she puts into her business and...
