I wanted to give this location a zero but is not an option. This location lacks customer service and efficiency. They take forever to make your food and they get it wrong. You have to stand waiting for the employees to finish their conversation. You have to repeat your order at least 5 times.
The lady the works there is RUDE (she doesn't wear a name tag, otherwise I would include her name here), and makes nasty comments to you when you are telling her what you want on your sub. I had to walk-out because she decided to go make cookies instead of finishing my order.
I hope the owner/manager reads the comments and do something about this. The employees need to take a customer service training and have a supervisor in the store...

"I was disappointed with my recent experience at your establishment. While I appreciate your business, I have a few concerns:
Customer service: I felt that the staff could be more attentive and friendly. Food quality: Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. Restroom facilities: I was surprised to find that the customer restroom was out of order for an extended period. Although employees seemed to be using it, customers were told it was unavailable. I hope you'll consider repairing or cleaning the restroom to provide better amenities for your customers.

This place has good service and its clean all the food and food items were fresh and I was very pleased with my sandwich the service was great and was treated with a smile they only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have coffee ready but oh well there's always 7-Eleven for that oatmeal cookies are my favorite in this place I tried to stay away from the so-called chicken sandwiches that stuff doesn't look like chicken at all I usually prepare the tuna or the roast beef sandwich I tried all their breads here and they're all pretty good I usually stay away from the lettuce in order...
