Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Ok after using this pizza hut for the past few months it has gone from "average pizza hut" to "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE" lol. The worst pizza hut I've ever been to between here and New York city. I order online and get carryout to make it as simple as possible. I stopped using my card to pay thinking maybe not having my money would ensure better food preperation. Its usally all my food will be cold, or maybe the cheese sticks/ cini sticks will be warm since they didnt rember to make them until I showed up 25 mins later to get my food.The service is horrible, and this is on a dead night, in a rush this place is a nightmare. Worst pizza place I have ever order from will never get pizza in this place ever again. Diego the manager or assistant has the worst attitude and he dont care for the pizza place or if he gets costumers back he talk to you like a kid and has no class. Need to have hired people that could do good costumer service. No way I would recommend to go here. I will post this in all social media they charge me account and it toke them 7 days to put the money back and thats cause I was bugging them to give me money back. Food is always great here ,5 stars goes to the food only no problems with that , even tho I specifically asked for extra cheese last time … didn’t get put on my pizza but got charged for it ,, anyways the main problem I have is with the call routing to the dumb and rude people in Texas who keep on hanging up on me for no reason , like why can’t the store answer it ?
