The worst 7 Eleven store ever! It was late evening, I stopped by this store because I forgot my cell phone charger. I was working as one of the vendor at coconut grove fair. I needed a charger because I'm not familiar with the area. I stopped by this 7-Eleven store #367 and purchased a cell phone car charger. The charger did not work it was a defective product. I paid a total cost of $7.95, after I bought the product and realized it did not work I immediately went back to the store and asked if I can replace the product or get my money back. The cashier (a Hispanic female) told me, No! She said that once you buy the product your stuck with it, there's no replacement or returns for the product even if it's defective. I was so disappointed because first, there was no where that policy was stated in the store and second secondly stores like this 7-Eleven store #367 should be accountable for selling the public defective products. I realized that it was not worth being upset over $7.95 and I just wanted to get home. So, I left the product on their counter and left, instead I asked someone outside the store...

Read moreI will begin by saying they do choose some good employees, the younger girls that work there are very sweet and apologetic that their hands are tied because of the horrible management at this store..the doors are often locked at closing time 2am for up to 45 minutes with a parking lot full of people..then they are constantly under stocked for basic things..when they were out (again, really?) of the items I purchase daily I was told they must be discontinued or they couldn’t even be bothered to write the items down..for six days I kept going in but I have now decided to avoid the store entirely after buying twenty dollars at least of merch daily because the female manager told me she wasn’t going to order my items and have them sit on the shelves (I buy daily) but that I must not be that bummed because I keep comin in..wonder if she wonders where I’ve been? Doubt it This place is the worst run 7/11 I have...
