I have only and always come here!!, I am treated very well every time and I'm 47, I've been going there at least 20 years to sell gold . A lost earring , a donated piece , etc... when I'm in a bind for a bit of cash for gas or to buy dinner I know that I feel good that I know I got a fair price and that they always care. Thank you gentleman !, your stellar , will be in Tuesday as a matter of fact see u then!! Ps I highly recommend this business for all your coin collection related stuff as well !! They are the best in all the area, I had a jar of coins given to me so many years ago and they were so classy . I even showed them some silver brooches and they were selfless enough to steer me to a place where each piece , based on the fact they were so old, would possibly and most likely be more profitable for me than the weighted bulk sale thru them !! Stellar, classy, consistency, fairness , Pleasant are a small portion of adjectives I feel about this...

I was only in this place for no more than 5 minutes before my colleague and i was completely disrespected. More so than ever before, we came in to get some gold peices appraised, nothing more. When this rude old man snatched the peices from my hand and said "no I don't want to buy anything" when I made it clear we weren't selling anything. I then tried to explain we just wanted something appraised, when he cut me off and said "I don't want to buy anything,and we don't do appraisals." And he then tossed my peices onto the table and turned his back to me and walked into the other room before I could even open my mouth. There was no reason for this man to act like this towards me , and he made me feel so dis respected and insulted. I'll never go back...

Walked in to get a few gold rings appraised and immediately felt judged and disrespected as the elderly gentlemen who worked there grabbed the bag of rings out of my hands, did a quick once over glance at the rings than tossed my bag of rings onto the table in front of me while saying, "I'm not interested in buyng anything you have. I don't want any of this." I than tried to explain to him that I was only interested in getting my merchandise appraised, but the elderly gentleman ignored me completely by turning his back to me and walking away. Never again will I step foot in that place and i advise anyone and everyone else not to either unless they enjoy being disrespected and spoken to in a rude manner. I give this place two...
