Now you should wonder why would someone write a detailed review for Little Caesars Pizza lol normally Little Caesars Pizza for the non-melanated folks is known as "hood pizza" made by the disgruntled hands of angry employees who unfortunately made poor decisions in the career of their choosing. If you were in the south they are basically waffle House employees that serve pizza, but I must truly say this about this location of Little Caesars. I went there expecting not much, but luckily the experience was way different. The biggest thing that I noticed was the fact that they had amazing customer service filled with happy enthusiastic employees that really wanted to serve you a great product. I wish this could be true of many other locations across America, I'm boggled knowing that when I just asked for extra cheese in most places the cashier usually looks at me like they are being offered the red or blue pill in the matrix.
This experience was different, not only did the cashier you know how to do the right thing, she relay the order and low and behold a Italian cheese bread came out that was worthy enough to be the pitcher in the commercial. Normally that's not the case because it comes out looking like a pan pizza with low aspirations overcooked and really would like to lose its fight with life. I can't stress that this was a good overall experience and really would consider this location to be one of the better locations I've seen in my 51 years of life.
Sure you would say this is only a Little Caesars, the low budget you go of pizzas where if you actually receive the order that you made you should be happy without any complaints, well this time I have no complaints and I am thrilled to know that what I order will actually come out looking good or if not better than the picture. So if you are at this location please treat the employees with kindness because they do a amazing job and they all deserve a raise.
Protip don't be a jerk, treat them with kindness and love. Until the next time enjoy this sarcastic loving review of...
Read moreOrdered a pizza on the pizza portal website and was given a 5 minute time frame for when the pizza would be ready for pickup. When I arrived in the parking lot (at the end of the 5 minute time frame) I received an email notification that my order was ready. I went in and approached the counter as the email notification said to do cause my order included a 2-liter bottle of soda. I asked the cashier about my order and showed them the notification, they went to the back to ask the other employees about it, returned and said the pizza would be ready, "in just a moment." I waited for 10 minutes and asked about the order again. The cashier proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up and that they accidentally gave my order to someone else before I arrived, and that it would be another 10 minutes before it would be ready. I would have happily waited, but because they did not properly communicate to me the situation (I'm assuming to cover up their mix up) I had people already waiting 10 minutes for me and another 10+ minutes was not acceptable. I asked for a refund and the managers name because I was bothered by the situation.
I decided not to call or go in to talk to a manager, but went to the Little Ceasar's website to fill out a survey of my dissatisfaction. The next day the owner/manager emailed me. See email thread attached. I felt that the emails were very unprofessional so now here I am typing this...
Read moreOkay the food was mid… This was first and last time eating at a little ceasers. I was here with 4 of my friends, first of all a man asked us if we were in a gang 😭, the service was mid the staff seemed like they wanted to die. Their you vending machine was broken. And when my friend who was trying to get a prize got her prize the stress ball exploded at my friends hand. And because they had no napkins in this place, when my friends went to the parking lot in the middle of the night to get wipes from the car where a homeless man asked for their age. (We are minors) and even after all of this there was people smokeing and getting High in the restaurant. And finally when we got our pizza the employees miraculously had napkins. They didn’t close the pizza box fully and because it was very dark out and the parking lot was gravel we dropped half of our pizza in the car. As we walk into the parking lot from the pizza place another homeless man is screaming at our car and other cars not to mention gunshots that were heard.… this experience has emotionally impacted all of us leaving an imprint on our brains, we will never look at pizza the same…. Disclaimer if order food here be cautious of surroundings...
