I walked in and tried to take a cap off of an item just to smell it. Didn’t even remove my mask i loved the smell. And had decided i’d buy two until, one of the employees (she had curly brown hair) looked at me and very rudely said “Excuse me if you want a tester you can ask we have them here.” I did not appreciate her attitude, body language, or tone. This place deserves NO stars. I bought merchandise for $54.48, however they charged my credit card $108.96. The lazy owner refuses to speak with me and correct this situation. She has her useless staff call me when they do not have a clue. They refuse to refund any $$ and want me to drive 4 hours to come in for an exchange. Rude employees, made a huge deal about some painted turtle with glued on legs that broke. Will make you pay for the broken item, and if it’s under $5, they don’t take card. Asked me if I wanted a bag for the broken item and I said no. If they’re hurting that bad on money, they should just close their lousy shop.
