I've never left any bad feedback for any store, but this store definitely deserves one. When my ring was broken during a short vacation at Santa Fe, I googled nearby jewelry stores in hope for a quick repair. Our nightmare started at the moment when I walked in this store. When the fixed ring was returned, I noticed the diamond looked strange so I asked. They explained that it was caused by the new diamond positioning on the ring. When we pulled a picture of the ring from cell phone, every other customer in the shop confirmed the diamond on return ring was different, smaller size and different cut. Things got escalated immediately when the other customers stood by our side. One of the customers had to call police when the Theresa and a young girl tried to push us out. Unfortunately, police could only report the incident but couldn't get my diamond back.
