Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I went to the window. This was hands down the WORST staff I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. 5 people on staff and the only one actually working was the young man. 4 gals pretending to push mops, fixing their hair, goofing off and dancing around. My cup was 1/2" from the top, and was told he "wasn't allowed" when I asked for it to be filled completely. If I'm paying $9 for a large, I don't expect a medium size amount of product. He WAS very busy though as he was the ONLY employee doing any actual work. Whoever is doing the hiring and managing over there really ought to figure out something different FAST. I've seen the other reviews. They're mostly the same. I'm not coming back. I'd rather make coffee at home or go to Starbucks. I'll wait for Dutch Bros when I'm in Albuquerque. My daughter has worked at Dutch Bros, so I know this is far from the company's standards...

I’m a frequent rebel buyer here I don’t live in the area unfortunately but a couple hours away but I always stop here it’s my favorite and earlier today me and my husband stopped for coffee and ended up not liking the one we got was unfortunately really just…. Not great tasting anyhow we did return and the same very nice girl that was taking our order for the second time today was very sweet and understanding and gave us a great new recommendation and we are very happy with the dragon slayer rebel we didn’t get her name or the crews names but they are absolutely amazing and sweet we will absolutely be returning thank you so much to the Dutch bros crew on Cerrillos in Santa Fe we will be back...

Usually, I love Dutch Bros and living about an hour away from Santa Fe, I try to go every time I’m in town. But my latest experience was absolute TRASH! The drive-thru line was a bit long, so my mom and I decided to go to the walk-up window. We stood in line for about 20-25 minutes and then we were told that they were immediately closing the walkup window (without giving any of the people who were still waiting in line our drinks) and that there was about a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru. Completely ridiculous! I understand closing the walkup window AFTER giving the drinks to the people who’ve already been waiting in line, but that was just terrible...
