Purchased a couple of jackets on a short business trip to Santa Monica. The sales person ensured me that he can have them altered and returned to me by 6pm that day. I had a flight out at 7am and I insisted that he does that. Agreed to deliver it to my hotel. No sign of the them and not answering the phones. I was at a meeting and could not go down to the shop. No response to my emails either. Changed my flight and went down to the store and all new staff did not know anything about it. They found the jackets altered in the store and gave it to me. The salesman promises you anything to get a sale then lets you down. They cost me 200$ for the change of ticket! I am regular Hugo Boss shopper. This is the worst service I have ever had. The manager said the sales guy will call me today to apologize. .....guess...

Manager told me to come and get fitted for a wedding. I mentioned this on the phone said I would be coming shortly. I waited in traffic and arrived, then the manager told me it would be $45

Bait and switch.

I gave the manager a chance to reverse his decision and if he didn't, that I would be leaving a factual review of what just happened to me and that as a customer I felt like I had wasted my time and energy and could've gone to a variety of places that would've done this for free - like men's warehouse

Love the clothes, service here is horrible. I had to drive over 40 mins just from Venice (2 miles max) so I could return some items I bought online and have my pants hemmed. Obviously showing up later than I had hoped but still 20 minutes before closing, the clerk ruffles through my bag and says come back on Monday because apparently no one can do returns but one guy. Even though there was two of them there. I am returning everything I bought and not going back...
