I absolutely LOVE this store!! Amazing attentive and super personable staff (Im talking about you Rebecca and Audrie! Y’all both deserve raises for the AMAZING job you’re doing so keep it up!!!!) who really care about their product and making sure you as a customer love it too!

I got a purple mattress back in 2016 (back before they even had different types of mattresses like they do now!) and they have SO MANY MORE amazing things than they used to! The lumbar pillow and ultimate seat cushion I highly recommend for anyone who either works an office job sitting or doing long distance driving or trips, they make a world of difference (I tested it on a 7 hour drive up california and a 7 hour drive back in one day and my butt wasn’t sore or uncomfortable at all!)

The mattresses are life-changing especially if you suffer from chronic lower back pain like I do, knowing that you will wake up the next morning and not have to worry about how bad you’re going to be hurting has literally made me cry when it first happened.

The Lightweight Duvet is sooooooo comfy! I always sleep warm and used to wake up a lot because of it, which is part of what drew me to Purple in the first place. The lightweight Duvet is PERFECT for anyone like me that wants comfort and breathability without having to be cold! (And if you are worried you will be too warm, I live in Los Angeles and the duvet is excellent, even in the middle of July!) My ONLY criticism of the Duvet is that purple doesn’t make a duvet cover of their own. This would make the Duvet absolutely perfect! (You have the technology, make it happen so I can buy it dangit!)

Pajamas. Made from the Purple Sheets fabric. ‘nough said. Don’t believe me? Go to the storefront and FEEL them. I’ll wait.

Organized showroom. Friendly salespeople. Sometimes stocked, sometimes not. While it claims to be a lux store, they do not come with convenience of luxury.

The products are very good, I give them a 5 star. The staff is friendly, and on friendliness they rate as a 5.

My mattress arrived with 2 minor holes on the underside.

My 1 star rating is because I was mislead during the purchasing stage to believe that the Purple CREDIT CARD was capable of being paid off with other credit cards. I was given a confusing explanation, which made me think it was a loan from Purple. This brought my credit score down by about 60 points since the credit card (not loan) was nearly maxed out (98%). On this sneaky tactic alone, I will be looking to other brands for transparency and quality customer service like Tempurpedic.

As for their lack of convenience - I wanted the whole gambit. Bamboo sheets. Fitted. Weighted blanket. Mattress protector. Everything. I asked for them to put everything on the same order and ship it to me whenever it was available since none were in store. They wouldn't bring in products from nearby Purple stores, nor would they ship the items to the store. This resulted in multiple phone calls, multiple orders, and finally a 2 hour trip to another store to get what I wanted.

While the products are worth the price-point, I do not belive their service or ease of ordering match.

I highly recommend Purple teach their sales people not to confuse, mislead, or misdirect clients. Clear jargon around things that will affect credit score is a MUST.

My boyfriend and I recently visited the Purple Mattress store in search of the perfect mattress, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Having fallen in love with our Purple Harmony pillows, we were eager to explore their mattress offerings, and Manuel made our visit truly memorable.

While we didn't make an immediate purchase that day, we left the store confident in our decision to choose Purple. Our mattress shopping journey was made enjoyable, thanks to Manuel's professionalism and the quality products Purple has to offer.
