Terrible return service guaranteed. Warnings for parents.
Very customer unfriendly services/policies. High demand on customers but very little support from the brand end.
The store pushed me to download the Uniqlo app to get discounts, which I did. But the app was so tricky to use and I (a tech-savvy person) couldn't get my account established. I missed the discount which was OK. And what is ridiculous to me is that my kid was being a kid and put something overpriced into our bag, but when I wanted to return the item, UNIQLO requires me to have the original receipt, period. It is their own item, not used with tags. They wouldnt accept the return, BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM DOESN'T SAVE RECORDS. THE RECORD IS ONLY SAVED IN THE CLIENT'S APP that is too tricky to use. The bottom line is they wanted us, the customers to navigate the app they provided to reserve the customer rights that their system should provide. When we are finally able to find our receipt and wanted to return the overpriced item ($15 Elsa kid t-shirt, which you can get for $4 at Costco), it exceeds the 30-day return policy. We spent hundreds of $, but cannot return one item and the brand needs to know how unfriendly everything together is.
Parents need to know that if they get into this store, they will definitely get unpleasant shopping and return...

Firstly, this store does not have a system for a convenient return process, they do not update on purpose, many customers have problems and then they just have to throw these things away. Shame on the store! They just say it's not their problem and ignore the customer. The receipts show the most minimal information, it is also clear why, which creates difficulties for the buyer.
For any questions, they answer that our system cannot do otherwise. Yes, you have an old one, please change it.
And it is very important that neither managers nor employees give their names, contacts, how to contact their superiors. This is a scam, not a store. Everyone is afraid and does not take responsibility for their decisions. When I asked the name of the manager, he just ran away without saying a word.
Last time, after two weeks, my sloths from this store came apart at the seams, it was an obvious marriage. What do you think the store decided that either?! NO!
It's a pity that such worthy manufacturers have such a cheap and...
Read moreThey won't let customers try on clothes, so it took me three trips to get new pants. 1 to purchase. Then I tried them on at home and set the length. 2 to drop them back off for alterations. 3 to pickup again. I wouldn't have bought pants under these circumstances, but I was given a gift card and needed new pants. I won't come back until they open the fitting rooms. I don't understand this ridiculous logic. You can't get Covid from trying on clothes. Being isolated in a fitting room is WAY safer than going to dinner with strangers sitting next to you, but I'm sure the employees and owners of this store do THAT all the time. I would've given 1 star, but I like...
