DIAMOND deserves 15 stars (and a raise LOL!)!! I should have written this review the first time I went to the location, but nonetheless I am FINALLY getting around to doing it. They deserve 15 stars (for the 3 times I visited) for their amazing service. I am fairly new to snowboarding and went to the location while doing Christmas shopping just to check out what the store had, & the young lady DIAMOND helped me to find some items for my bf, she walked me around the store, helped me look at the different selections and explained them all to me. I walked out with a pair of pants that day based on her recommendation. He opened them and loved them! Unfortunately they did not match the jacket we got online so I went in to exchange the pair for a different color. Unknowingly, DIAMOND was there again today and gave the best service possible. Although she was helping another customer when we walked in, she gave us some assistance to get us started, then came back around to us once she was finish helping the other customer. She took her time with us, kept an amazing attitude with the thousands of questions I asked her, explained things in detail to me for me to understand, and helped us find everything we needed! She was so delightful and very very kind. All the young ladies in there were very kind as well and helpful at checkout. Although DIAMOND was the BEST!! The only downfall is they are running low on some items both in stock and online (although it is NOT their fault) I understand it IS peak season for them, as well as COVID and other delays are setting some things back.    Read moreOn March 3, at approximately 4 pm, I had to drive an hour to return a pair of Cartel X bindings (the white blurred ones) because the picture on the Burton website are no where near what they actually look like in real life. (See pictures below) Once I got there I spoke to a girl who said she was the manager but would not give me her name. she went to the back office, I presume to talk to the manager Aaron, who I knew from before. I saw Aaron sticking his head out the back office door smirking at me, I presume he was watching me frustrated on the security camera. he came out and leaned on the counter and got close to my face, I think he wanted to intimidate me. I got really upset by Aarons behavior because I knew him from before, and though he was a nice guy, not sure what happened this time. frustrated even more now that I knew Burton employees were getting a kick out of my frustration I began to yell, and Aaron responded by yelling back telling me "go, get out, go" as if he was talking to a dog. Whats more frustrating is that I have always purchased Burton products. I purchased two snowboards (freethinker and feel good) and bindings just this season. But I think its time to switch companies because this is what happens when a company get too big.

   Read moreI live 6 hours north up in Sacramento so I have never been to the store. However, I recently ordered the Burton Ion Step-on boots and bindings and really needed some help. Having never had brand new boots or step ons in general, I seriously thought something was wrong with these boots and maybe the sizing wasn't right so I needed to send them back. However, I can never get ahold of the corporate number so I decided to call the store and see if they can help me. Adam Carlsen answered and he graciously and patiently sat through the call with me and directed me through the setup process and what to look for. Apparently the Ions, and brand new boots like to lock in general. You really have to pull all the tongues and tabs up and out HARD in order to get them to then unlock and adjust.
