Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge — Restaurant in Florida

Sign out front says buy two get one free, we ordered 4 halves (two). I asked for a box to separate the fudge and she threw it on the counter like she was upset. We realized after walking out the door that she didn't give us the extra one for free, we turned around and went back to get it and was told we already left so we couldn't get it, also that four halves dont equal Two wholes.

In response to your comment you can review whatever footage you want facts are facts we actually spent more money buying four halves than one would buying two holes correct? Regardless your workers were unprofessional she had an attitude over giving out a box! So initially it was a whole! You can also see the footage of your worker locking and holding the door closed early when our son was trying to open the door so we could speak to the worker. And FYI I don't need to have anyone spam you!...

It's a cute shop with a lot of different sweets to choose from. The young lady at the counter wasn't unfriendly or anything, but we felt kind of rushed. My daughter got a cup of salted caramel ice cream that she said was really good. My mint chocolate ice cream tasted good but was already starting to melt when I got the cone. I had to eat it quickly.

We got some fudge that was pretty pricey. It wasn't terrible but it was too soft and the flavor honestly reminded me of canned chocolate frosting. We agreed that the fudge we got at Buc-ee's for much less had a better texture and flavor.

The pralines were around $5 each and were gooey/sticky. They had a pretty good flavor but the wrong consistency. Maybe it was the humidity?

If we visit again, we'll try something else. We just weren't impressed with the candy we got, especially considering...

Heyyy, I've been coming to this place since I was a young man. The ice cream is always so good. Great flavor ideas, not too soft, not too hard. And they have every kind of cup or cone or bowl in waffle or cake or whatever. It's all good.

And the service is always as great as it can be. It's not always perfect, but your services wouldn't be perfect either, if you had a shop full of dozens of sweaty tourists that are taking a break from baking in the sun.
