Dave's Market — Local services in Santa Rosa

I go here 1-2 times a week for a sandwich, and they're always stupid fresh and delicious. I had an issue, as I get a sandwich with no meat, that the amount of cheese was inconsistent. So I gave them a call to let them know that I'd had a few problems and that they might need to do some quality control. They thanked me a bunch, apologized and gave me 2 free sandwiches. The next time I came in to get my sandwich one of the owners/managers approached me and apologized and thanked me again. Every sandwich I've gotten since has been perfect. If you want a really good sandwich for a reasonable price and you're in the area, don't go anywhere else. I used to love Dave's deli, it was the only place id get a Deli sandwich, but the last few times I've been more than disappointed with the sandwiches, It had some bad avocado on one order and they said they would make it right next time, so next time they made sure I knew that they were only comping the 1 sandwich avocado since only 1 was not good last visit, they talked to 3 dif ppl before having me sign a paper that i got my avocado,it was embarrassing to hold up that many ppl over what they shouldn't have used in the 1st place. We were from out of town . Went to pho crazy restaurant n saw Dave'smarket need couple stuffs there went in purchase some items the cashier ( white petti lady ) ring each item up we don't even see how much does she ring up all she said $15.67 . So we paid for it . She gave the Chang back n tore the receipt off n threw it in the trash can . We ask for the receipt n then she said oh I threw it in the trash n there is no away she can't print it again what' a lame .we don't recommend anyone to go there .
