For a fast food joint The Habit is now one of the best I’ve had! It is located in a good spot right next to Dick’s Sporting Goods. It is also right by Coddingtown Mall and Target. I ordered the charburger there and it was so juicy and the grilled onions are cooked very well. I love the little pepper bar and the sauce bar. They are so giving about their sauces like ranch and barbecue sauce and every other fast food place is so rude and charges you. I’ve had their regular fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I love both of the fries, but for my personal taste I thought the onion rings were just too much because of the frying. Too greasy. They have a good menu. They include vegetable options like impossible meat burger and a portobello mushroom burger. They have a self checkout as well as cashiers. I think it’s nice they give you a choice. I love sitting inside and enjoying the music they play. Whoever chooses the music, you have good taste! They keep their tables and floors pretty clean. I love the portraits they picked out for the place as well as the lamps. Good interior. I like the crowd of people that come here. Families and good friends. They do have disabled parking and wheelchair access. I would definitely recommend coming here. To the beautiful people of Sonoma County and visitors abroad, you have finally found a place with good prices and good food. ———————————————————— The Habit has remained a favorite fast food restaurant of mine, but during my most recent visit I noticed some unfortunate changes that seem to be a pattern in many businesses across America today. While the food quality continues to remain solid, the customer experience has shifted. One of the more noticeable changes is the generosity when it comes to condiments. Where the employees used to provide complimentary ranch, honey mustard, and barbecue sauces without hesitation, they now charge for these items. While these adjustments may seem minor, they hint at larger economic trends affecting even well-loved establishments. I wouldn’t say these changes overshadow the overall experience, but they do signal a shift in value. Hopefully The Habit finds a way to balance these changes while maintaining the quality and customer service that has made it a standout choice thus far.

*Edt 4/15/23* If you like them (and if you don't you're nuts) the habit Burger has AMAZING grilled cheese sandwiches!!! ***Edit As Of 3/18/23*** Yes Habit Burger I'm back and for some strange reason tonight's Burger was outstanding, stellar, A+ and super yum-a- riffic!!! And the fried green beans? Excellente' as well. So whoever cooked the burgers on Saint Patrick's Day evening good on you - I 8/2 Friday night and the other half at 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning. There is nothing like a burger for breakfast. My only issue with this trip was frankly my mother paid for it and I went picked it up and then later when I told her I pulled over and ate the green beans instead of waiting till I got home she kind of yelled at me. Apparently she waits until she gets home to eat them when they're just a little bit cools off and a little bit mushy and you really can't put these things in the microwave they just don't turn out the same I want them fresh on with them crispy hot and if I have to pull over and sit in the 7-Eleven parking lot and laugh at people while I do it then so be it. So thanks Mom for the burger and thanks habit for cooking it up and thanks to you all for reading!!! Always outstanding, always consistent, and MAN... This particular Habit Burger is quick!!! Place your order online and within like 10 minutes you can pick it up-it's an amazing thing of beauty. Much like their fried green beans much better than french fries any day but that's not to say the fries aren't A plus here too!!! Thx y'all!!!

This was my first time eating at a Habit Burger. The aroma of beef cooking on the grill greets you outside and excites the hungry guest about the meaty feast awaiting you within. Given that I stoped in at around 2pm on a weekday and there was still a line of people waiting to order, I was anticipating a great lunch! Sadly, the food didn’t quite stack up to the expectations created. Considering the calories in a double stack (1,000+ depending on toppings), I was stunned by the small size of the burger. The flavor was pretty good, but the burger was finished quickly and left me wanting more. I got the seasonal special, the pretzel pub char. Both the burger and the pretzel bun were excessively greasy, but not soggy, so overall not bad. I just wish there was more. The fries were terrible. I have to assume they are cooked in large batches and left to sit under a lamp to keep “warm.” They were lukewarm at best. Gross. Each set of fries should be cooked to order! Yuck 🤢

Yesterday April 11th 2025 at around noon, I swung by The Habit restaurant on Cleveland Ave in Santa Rosa, I made two orders but when I got home, I found a different order than the one I placed. I went back to the restaurant, and told the lady who helped me that I got the wrong order, she said I needed to talk to the manager. He asked what happened, I explained to him what I got, he became very irate and he grabbed a scrap paper and pen and said, "Where is the other hamburger?", I said I just got this one, but I ordered two charburger wrapped in lettuce, he insisted aggressively... "Where is the other hamburger?" I told him again, and told him that I just needed the right order and I would be happy to pay. He grabbed the food, threw it in the garbage, turned around and ignored me. I returned to the cashier to order my two wraps, he whispered to the lady with anger on his face, I didn't say a word. Lupita the cashier took my order, and said there would be no charge. I said, I don't want anything for free, I can pay for my food, she politely said I can't take your money, she gave me my order and apologized to me, I said, no worries, things happen. I looked at the manager and said, your attitude was the worst, and I will report it, he said out loud yelling at me, "you can call whoever you want!", I just said, You will hear from me on yelp or google, because your attitude is the worst. He continued yelling at me while I was leaving the restaurant! He forgot that there were people in the restaurant! He was completely unprofessional, But my main concern is that if he has the audacity to treat me, a paying customer that way, I can't imagine how he treats his employees!

All I can say is, if a customer shows up with good manners, at least he can show...
