The experience was very welcoming! Ernesto saw me today, 3/28/2024, on a short notice and was able to assist me on my car radio issue that i have been having for over 2 months. He went above and beyond. He actually listened to my concern unlike other people would not do. He took out his diagnostic apparatus and started to find out what was really going on. He got the radio back on, but he said that most likely I might need a new radio and gave me options. His coworker Toby cleaned my battery since it had some calcified junk in it. It was nice to meet with a stereo installer that listened to my car stereo problem before trying to sell me unnesseccary products. I came in because I had a speaker that was making a buzzing sound. The tech at MG Car Audio took the time to listen to my stereo and advised instead of just selling me speakers. It turned out that the last installer who put in my system never took the time of properly adjusting it. After an half hour of adjusting, it turned out I didn't need to spend hundreds on a fix. The only shop in town that didn't try to sell me a new sub woofer or a whole new sound system. They repaired my sub woofer and it sounds beautiful. They even re-connected wires that were cut, unknown to me, by a previous shop in town. They did what they said they would do and did it promptly and for a reasonable price.
