I booked online (a very simple process that also gives you the option to pre-pay), and Ben's schedule had an opening at the time I wanted. Ben is awesome. This wasn't a 10-minute rush-you-out-the-door experience like some hair cutting places. I scheduled a haircut and a beard trim, and I felt like I got value every minute I was there (all 45 of them). Hot towel treatment, essential oil lotions and lathers, thera-gun-like shoulder massage, straight razor finish, and a darn good haircut all combined to make this an indulgent experience that kinda has me hooked. Finally went to Santaquin Barbershop right off Main St. By America first and across from the post office. Wow... talk about detail. He is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to and being older, I’ve been to a lot. Great to finally have someone who knows what they’re doing and really takes the time to make sure his customers walk away happy. Got my first haircut by Ben today. Great experience!! Both he and Baylee were so welcoming. Ben obviously is an excellent Barber and has nothing but satisfied customers. When I arrived both Baylee and Ben had customers in their chairs so I had to wait a few minutes. (Very typical when a person walks in without an appointment). When the current customers heard me say I would like a haircut, without prompting, they both called out to me saying I would be very glad I came in because Ben is the best barber in Utah County.
