UPDATE: they did replace the pendant with a new one, reluctantly, and kept my old pendant because they said they “bought” it. I didn’t want to argue with them or try to explain they didn’t buy anything from me. If a car insurance company replaces a vehicle that was damaged, it doesn’t mean they “bought” the damaged one from the person… it’s called a loss. Also, they expected “retribution” for my last post about them damaging my pendant. The nerve to expect me to remove the post and give them my old pendant. I asked the guy if he took responsibility for what he had done and I wish I had recorded the first conversation because he lied straight to my face. I had to take all of my documentation of authenticity back to the store to get the replacement, otherwise it wouldn’t have been replaced. That doesn’t sound like taking responsibility. This little gem is one in a million. Located on Main street in Santaquin, White Feather Rocks is not only a simple store filled with rocks, but carved stones with so much variety. It also has outstanding jewelry and souvenirs that you would like to take them all. The owner is such an amazing guy. We talked a couple of minutes and he explained to us that he is retired and he and his wife spend their time working on the store. Heads up! NEVER take your jewelry here for cleaning, I own a St. Jude pendant that I asked to have cleaned. Next thing I hear is the guy in the back room grinding away, COMPLETELY ruined the pendant and it’s still not even clean. I wear this to sleep and I check the loop every morning because I am worried it will come apart, not once has it even given me signs that it will weaken and after taking it to this place there is a gap in the loop. I can’t even see the face of ST. Jude anymore and he told me he didn’t do anything wrong to it. DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to this place unless you don’t care...
