I have become hopelessly addicted to this food! No matter what I have ordered, it is always excellent. There is no skimping on quality ingredients and the proportions are HUGE! We are used to putting away a lot of food in our house, and one nacho tray feeds 2-3 of us. I cannot get that ratio from any other type of take out. I just had the best burrito of my life at Rowley's Red Barn fall festivities of all places. I am walking around with my family, I am getting hungry, there is El Pancho Mexican Food truck (I don't normally eat from food trucks) I walk up and ask for a burrito. My family and I were absolutely famished, we saw the stellar reviews for the food at El Pancho and decided to give it a try. We ordered the burritos and let me say, they were the best burritos we have ever munched on in our lives. There was a flavor explosion in my mouth. Being from Chicago we have had our fair share of Mexican food, but this was otherworldly.
