Subway — Restaurant in Santaquin

The service was pretty good when it comes to the food. It would be fine for take out. . They have clean spacious bathrooms, but only 2 of them for either gender. The tables were sticky and obviously not wiped, there was sticky floors with a water like looking sticky puddle and when we let them know they did nothing about it and murmured something. There was nobody else in the store when we first arrived so it was not a matter of being too busy. They didn't even attempt to clean it the whole time we were there. It was a 15 year old kid who we just heard say "I'm bored" and we kind of jokingly said:" hey, there is that sticky thing on the floor!" Amd he just responded that somebody spilled their drink. Terrible customer service. I walked into their store to buy 6 sandwiches for my family. I waited for 5 minutes while they helped another lady, which is no problem. They had three workers in the store. One finally asked if I had an online order. I said no. He then started working on online orders. I thought no big deal, I can wait. Then he asked the other two ladies in there to work on online orders. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I walked out and got dinner somewhere else. I don’t understand why they would choose doing online orders over a paying customer waiting for to buy their product. Terrible management. Terrible...

I’ve been here a couple times and usually the drive through lady is great. I went on Saturday around 12-1 and sat at the drive through for 20 MINUTES. 10 minutes in the girl says “I’ll be with you in a minute” probably because she could hear me complaining to my kids how long she was taking. 10 minutes later I had had enough and left. I looked in the drive through window as I left and the girl was just standing at the register at the window looking down. Seemed to be looking at her phone! What a joke and waste of my time.
