It'd be easier to list the things that went right, than things that went wrong...but there weren't any.

I call up to order takeout for me and my guests. They take my order and ask "Is there anything else?" and I reply with "Nope." and they say "Thanks, bye." and hangup. No estimated time, no order number, no subtotal. Ok, so I get there and they "lost my order, but remember me ordering" which I had called in a good 30 minutes (not knowing when my order would be ready.) beforehand. Thus, making me have to wait 20 minutes while they make it on the fly. I had ordered a salad with no onions and while watching them make it I see they start putting onions on. No biggie, so I just went up and told her that I ordered it without onions. Instead of making a new salad I watch her just pick the onions out instead. This wouldn't have been "that" big of a problem besides for the fact that I had someone allergic to onions. After they finally get my order ready, I hand them a coupon from them. After 5 minutes of the workers discussing it, they tell me they can't accept it. They said it would be valid for any of there locations, EXCEPT this one. There was absolutely NOTHING on the coupon saying this or any type of reason to believe it wouldn't be honored. I just said whatever as they still charged me full price, as I just wanted to get home and eat. I drive 5 minutes home and begin eating immediately and to no surprise I still find remains of onion and the pizza was cool. What...

Rudest staff EVER on Main St. Seriously, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. THREE times in the last year I have called to place an order for pick-up for just a simple pizza. Each and every single time I have gone to pick up the pizza I find that they do not have my order. Instead of them trying to help me, the first thing they ask is "Did you call the right store??" with a major attitude. Yes, I say. I've lived here my whole life, I'm well aware I need to make sure I am calling the right location before dialing. Anyways, I always answer them "Yes, I called THIS location" and then two of the three times they claim I definitely did not call them and I am forced to get out my cell phone to show them the call log with the number(THEIR number) I called and the time the call was made. After that, I still get an attitude from them... "well it's not their fault..." OK. I was offered a $1 off my pizza, which is a complete joke. I didn't even care about the "discount" or accept it. The first two times, I did stay and wait for them to make me a new one. The third time I left and wished all the customers in line good luck! After the first two times they screwed me over I said I would never go back.. but I did. After the third time I AM SURE I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Over priced, RUDE foreign staff and they just simply do not care. I see other commenters have had a similar experience.. such a shame they haven't made any sort of...

This place seems to use high quality ingredients, this alone would justify the above average cost and below average portions if not for a couple problems. The first thing I noticed on the way in was that at 5PM on a Wednesday, I was the only customer. The second, was that even though it's a very small restaurant and the two employees were standing within 15 feet of the door, neither acknowledged me in any way until I awkwardly approached them. Even when I managed to get their attention, neither spoke, waved or otherwise attempted to greet me. I asked for an Italian sandwich and the man simply repeated what I said while the girl silently trotted off to a side area, presumably to make me one. The utter lack of service aside, the worst problem is the sign touting how their fresh bread is made without oils or margarines and is therefore healthy but neglecting to mention that it's also pretty darn stale. The meats/cheese were top notch and the dressing was fantastic but paying nearly $9 for a sandwich on stale bread just...

I’ll Pacifico has the best New York style pizza I have ever tasted. Their thin dough comes from the owners grandmother and is over 100 years old and is light and thin and holds the toppings perfectly. My favorite is the 21 inch ham and pineapple pie. I like the saltiness of the ham and the sweetness of the pineapple. Their dough has a very unique taste and I’m told the fermentation process is about 5 days and they make their dough twice a week for both locations. The meats and cheese they use is top notch. And the pizza is not overtly greasy. The crust has a nice chewy texture and you’ll find no big dough bubbles in the crust when baked. Try their pizza you’ll love it and you’ll come back for more. Be sure to get the 21 inch size so you have leftovers. It reheats nicely and is good the next day.

Might not be the best pizza I've ever had- but it is definitely one of the better ones. Truly adhering to the New York style pizza making tradition, this is a very thin pie, but one that manages to be both crunchy and chewy, as opposed to just cracker like. I ordered takeout and got the 3 cheese, with the addition of lump ricotta taking the flavor of the pizza to another creamy level. The sauce was good, and it's the kind of pizza where the crust is possibly the best part, as opposed to an afterthought. Definitely deserves the fanfare it has gotten on review sites and notably from Dave Portnoy.

Got pizza here twice and both times have been great. Something about the crust is a little different from most pizza shops. I enjoy the thinness of the pizza and it has a slight chew to it. Toppings are always nice and the sauce has a good tang to it. The Sicilian pizzas (thicker crust) are awesome too. Crispy edges, pillowy bread, and tasty toppings. Not sure what’s up with all the people complaining about the decor, it looks exactly like most pizza places in America. Service has been perfectly fine both times too.
